This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment offers stunning sea views as it is situated right on the Benalmadena beachfront. Your day at the beach is only a 2 minute walk away! Should you want to avoid the sand, the apartment boasts a sunny terrace from which to take it all in while relaxing with a cool drink. It comes with loungers to soak up the sun, a BBQ and dining set for those al fresco evenings. There is also a communal pool and garden which provide a relaxing atmosphere to chill out in.
The apartment has one bedroom and also comes equipped with a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower. If you would like to stay in to watch a film, the kitchen comes fully equipped along with a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also air conditioning available for those hot Spanish nights.
Please note that this property is only accessible via several flights of stairs.

There is a large dining table that easily accommodates 6 people. The living/dining area is stylishly decorated giving it a modern feel. There is wifi throughout, as well as air conditioning during the summer and heating for the colder months. One of the highlights of our apartment is the enclosed balcony overlooking Ibensa Square. This classic 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom Andalusian apartment is the ideal place to have some fun in the sun. Situated in the popular Pueblo Evita in Benalmadena Costa, you’ll have the choice of pools, a separate bar and clubhouse, while only being 300 meters from the beach! This charming apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps a total of 4 people, so perfect for that family trip away. The master bedroom has a double bed and full wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, with two single mattresses and a full closet for storage. Both bedrooms are air conditioned as the apartment has air conditioning throughout. The living and dining area is bright and comfortable. It is furnished with an ample sofa, perfect for lazy days and there is a smart TV if you need an evening to recharge. The dining set can seat 4 people comfortably and there is wifi installed. The apartment also comes with its own private terrace. Its view overlooks the always vibrant Benalmadena. There are 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella so you can catch the sun in private. There’s an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments to enjoy the warm evenings with a cool drink. And you’ll have your own BBQ to rustle up some tasty treats. The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian style. There is a swimming pool to cool off in and a separate children’s pool.
