You'll always find something to do in Calahonda. For golfers you are an approximate 10 minute drive from Cabopino Golf and 7 minutes from Miraflores Golf.
Calahonda itself is well positioned on the Costa del Sol being centrally located. Both Marbella and Fuengirola are around a 20 minutes drive in either direction. From Fuengirola you can get the train all the way to the cultural gem that is Malaga if you want to venture out further during your stay.

The resort is fully enclosed to ensure guests enjoy their stay with privacy guaranteed. Matchroom is perfectly positioned to visit Fuengirola, one of the most popular beach towns on the coast. Children will especially enjoy a day at the aqua park and the zoo. Matchroom Country Club is less than a 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport. Marbella and Torremolinos are also located a short drive away. From Malaga airport you can take a train to Fuengirola (the main railway station) and from there it's approximately 7 minutes by taxi. This would cost €10 euros. We do recommend a car however if you opt to not hire a car then you will have the option of local taxi companies plus UBER which are all excellent value and easy to use. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and has access to its own ensuite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has access to the main family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower combo. It can sleep another 2 guests as it is furnished with two single beds. The apartment comes with air conditioning and wifi throughout. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. It has an oven and stove, electric kettle microwave and coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher to make washing up as easy as possible. Then you can enjoy some al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the golf course. This is a wonderful space.
